| 摘 要： | 在总结各地农村集体土地使用权入股方式的基础上,详细分析了土地股份合作社、土地股份制企业的股份组成,对土地入股联合经营和委托经营2种模式进行了补充和完善,并相应设计了2种入股模式的收益分配方法,为今后农用地使用权入股模式的选择和收益的分配提供了参考依据。
