摘    要:在三维空间分析等技术的支持下,以森林防火监测型资源的配置评价和优化为研究对象,在森林火险精准区划的基础上,采用监测率、盲区率、重复率等指标来评价森林防火监测型资源配置的合理性,并根据这些指标来对监测型资源的配置进行优化。以浙江省临安市板桥乡为例,实现了从数字高程模型(digital elevation model,DEM)中快速提取山顶点,并结合区域森林火险等级,对每个山顶点做可视域分析和叠置分析,在监测型资源给定的情况下,求算出该乡镇的监测率、盲区率、重复监测率、高火险区域监测率等指标,并根据预先设定的参数来对监测型资源的配置进行优化,使防火资源配置更加科学、合理、有效。图2表5参9
