云南厚壳桂叶脂溶性成分分析

摘    要:目的]分析云南厚壳桂叶脂溶性化学成分,为合理利用云南厚壳桂资源提供科学依据。方法]用GC-MS分析云南厚壳桂叶脂溶性成分。结果]鉴定出54种化合物,占挥发油总量的89.47%。主要成分为δ-杜松烯(20.55%)、β-古芸烯(16.66%)、匙叶桉油烯醇(8.09%)、α-可巴烯(3.16%)、1,2,3,4,6,8α-六氢-1-异丙基-4,7-二甲基萘(2.36%)和杜松-1,3,5-三烯(2.33%)等。结论]云南厚壳桂叶脂溶性化学成分主要为倍半萜类、芳香族和烷烃类物质,该研究为合理利用云南厚壳桂叶提供了科学依据。

Analysis of Liposoluble Constituents from the Leaves of Cryptocarya yunnanensis

Abstract:Objective]To analyze the liposoluble constituents of Cryptocarya yunnanensis leaves,so as to provide scientific evidence for the reasonable utilization of Cryptocarya yunnanensis.Method]The liposoluble compositions from leaves of Cryptocarya yunnanensis were analyzed and identified by GC-MS.Result]Fifty-four components were identified from the liposoluble fraction,representing 89.47% of the total constituents.The major components were δ-cadinene(20.55%),β-gurjunene(16.66%),spathulenol(8.09%),α-copaene(3.16%),1,2,3,4,6,8 α-hexahydro-1-isopropyl-4,7-dimethyl naphthalene(2.36%),and cadin-1,3,5-triene(2.33%).Conclusion] The liposoluble fraction of C.yunnanensis leaves is rich in sesquiterpenes,aromaticas and alkanes,and this study will provide scientific evidence for the reasonable utilization of Cryptocarya yunnanensis.
