PEG模拟干旱条件下4个玉米品种的苗期抗旱性研究

摘    要:用PEG模拟干旱胁迫条件,研究了4个玉米品种的抗旱性。结果表明,4个玉米品种各项抗旱生理指标都表现不同程度的变化,品种郑单958受模拟干旱胁迫条件的影响比农大108、农单5、沈单16要小,为玉米抗旱品种选育与旱作栽培提供科学依据。

Drought Resistance of Four Different Maize Varieties under PEG Simulated Drought Conditions

Abstract:Drought stress conditions were simulated by PEG,drought resistance of four different maize varieties was studied.The results showed that drought-resistant agents were different in the four varieties,Zhengdan 958 was lessly affected by simulated drought stress than Nongda 108,Nongdan 5 and Shendan 16.Therefore,it provided a scientific basis for maize drought resistance breeding and rainfed cultivation.
