摘    要:该研究以中国石竹2个品种的雄性不育植株带芽茎段为初始外植体进行组织培养,筛选了适合其芽诱导、继代增殖的培养基配方,并对试管苗移栽介质进行了挑选,成功地建立了2个中国石竹雄性不育植株的离体繁殖与保存体系。结果表明:中国石竹芽的最佳诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L,最佳继代增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,最适宜的试管苗移栽基质是珍珠岩。同时,2个不育材料组织培养繁殖后代仍表现为雄性不育,确保了原材料的雄性不育性状的稳定性。

Abstract:Stem nodal segments of male sterile plants of two cultivars were used as the first explants for tissue culture and micropropagation of Dianthus chinensis.The objects of the study were to select the optimum medium for adventitious bud induction,proliferation and transplanting,and eventually establish the technique system of tissue culture.The results showed that the optimum medium for adventitious bud induction and proliferation were MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L,MS+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,respectively.Th...
