| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市边缘区土地利用发生急剧变化,同时也产生了一系列的社会、经济与环境问题。在阐述土地产权内涵、土地产权与土地利用变化关系的基础上,探讨了城市边缘区土地利用变化中旧城改造、农地征收以及＂城中村＂的土地产权问题,提出了一些解决我国城市边缘区土地产权问题的建议。 |

| Abstract: | Along with urbanization in China,land use in the urban fringe area has a rapid change,simultaneously has also had a series of society,economy and environment questions.Based on elaborating the connotation of land property right,the relationship between land property right and land use change,the old city reconstruction,agriculture land requisition and urban village were discussed,some suggestions were put forward to solve the problem of land property right in the urban fringe area. |
