Onset Characteristics and Integrated Control Technique of Corn Head Smut in Jilin Province

This article introduced the law of the development of corn head smut from the symptom,disease-producing germ,germ invaded,occurance condition and so on.It proposed the following integrated control technique to limit the occurrence of corn head smut:breeding and cultivating disease-resistant variety,medicament processing and enhancing cultivation and management.It has the practical significance to enhance the corn output and the quality,promot agriculture production and increase income for the farmer.
