大型排水站超驼峰水位运行的技术措施

摘    要:分析了虹吸式出水流道大泵机组在出水口水位超驼峰状态下完成停机防洪、开机排涝以及事故停泵等3项技术任务中存在的问题,根据泵站的条件和要求,提出了应用压缩空气技术为中心的综合措施,以最低的费用完成对泵站系统的改造,从而建立起一套完整的处理超驼峰状态下泵站运行的技术措施。

Abstract:For the largescale pumping unit with siphon outlet conduit under overcamelback outlet water level, some problems existing in implementing unit shutdown to control flood, unit starting to drain waterlogging and pump shutdown at fault; are analyzed. According to conditions and requirements of the pumping station, a comprehensive measure applying the central link of compressed air technique is proposed. It is implemented with lowest cost to reform the pumping system. Therefore a full set of technical measures for the pumping station operating under condition of overcamelback outlet water level, is established.
