| Abstract: | From the view of political economy,The financial crisis is simply the recurring results of the basic contradiction inherent in capitalism in the new historical period.Based on this,the economic and legal measures taken by all the capitalist countries will not solve the crisis fundamentally.In the other hand,we should take effective measures to overcome the short-term impact of the crisis.And in the long run,we should do well in crisis prevention and control on the legal system of social security,optimization of industrial structure and economic stability. |
