向日葵幼苗初生维管系统的解剖学研究

摘    要:根据子叶节区理论对向日葵(Helianthus annuus)幼苗初生维管系统进行了解剖学研究。结果表明:向日葵幼苗的子叶节区类型为顶枝伸长型。在子叶节区下部存在子叶节区—根过渡区;子叶节区上部存在子叶节区—茎连接区。这一结果与已报道的有关菊科植物幼苗的研究结果完全不同,为菊科植物幼苗初生维管系统的解剖结构增添了一份新资料。

Abstract:Based on the cotyledon node zone theory,the seedling of primary vascular system of Helianthus annuus was studied.Its cotyledon node zone is telome elongation type.The lower part of its cotyledon node zone is cotyledon node zone-root transition region,and its upper part is cotyledon node zone-stem connection region.The cotyledon node zone type was reported firstly in the plants of Compositae.The results are different from those of other plants in Compositae.
