无土栽培生产脱毒马铃薯微型种薯施肥技术研究

摘    要:本试验采用裂区设计,以营养液配方为主处理,中微量元素浇施次数为副处理。结果表明:以脱毒的克新2号为试材,在无土栽培条件下,在剪头苗快速生长期间,用 A_3B_3处理表现产量高、粒数多、商品率高,而且成本低,A_3B_3可以用于无土栽培生产微型种薯。

Abstract:A split-plot design was adopted in this study. Different nutrition formulas were used as the main treatments and times of application of microelements as the sub-treatments. The results showed that the A_3f_3 treatment gave the best result: high yield, more tubers, high commodity rate and low cost. The A_3B_3 treatment can be used in production of virus-free potato microtubers by soilless culture.
