摘    要:试验研究了GA_3和PP_(333)对盆栽花椰菜的花序生长、荚生长及种子形成的效果。结果表明,GA_3促进花序生长,刺激荚的生长,还能提高种子的千粒重。低浓度GA_3提高了种子萌发率。GA_3处理提高了幼苗的根长。施用PP_(333)后,花序长度随着浓度增高而迅速缩短,低浓度PP_(333)可促进荚长增加,但千粒重下降,PP_(333)和GA_3处理均可促进同化物运向荚。GA_3根外喷施可以提高植株内源GAs及IAA和ZRs含量,但ABA含量下降。PP_(333),使内源GAs及IAA和ZRs含量降低,但ABA水平提高。

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of GA3 and PP333 on the inflorescence growth,pod growth and seed formation of cauliflower cv. 160 during the year 1990-1991. The results showed that GAs promoted the growth of inflorescence stimulated the elongation and width of pods. TSW (Thousand seed weight) was also enhanced by application of GA3. Seed germination percentage increased with low concentration GA3 treatment. Seedling root was longer after GA3 application. The inflorescence length rapidly declined with the increase of PP333 concentration. Pod length was increased hut TSW was decreased by application of low concentration of PP333 (Increase in pod width was proportional to the PP333 concentrations. Both PP333 and GA3 promoted the assimilate to export to pods. Endogenous contents of GAs.IAA and ZRs increased by the GAs treatment, however ABA contents decreased after GA3 treatment. PP333 decreased the GAs,IAA and ZRs contents but increased the ABA level.
