摘    要:以广西白糯玉米粒为主要原料,利用改良后的小型米刀式喷风碾米机加工玉米米查],并进行玉米人碾前预处理优化试验,探讨理想的出楂率、度电产量和产品粒度均匀性,以满足广大农村米厂小批量加工玉米米查]的实际需求。结果表明,影响设备加工效果的基本参数包括转速、飞轮配重及米刀与转子间距,设备改型后其优化基本参数为:转速1296rpm,飞轮配重5kg,米刀与转子间距5mm;影响白糯玉米加工工艺效果的基本参数包括干玉米原始水分、加水率、水温和水调时间,玉米水调加工工艺优化参数为:干玉米水分12%,水温40℃,加水率10%,润水时间3min。

Abstract:White waxy corn was used to study the corn grist production method using modified mini jet-propelled rice mill. Orthogonal design was used to determine the basic parameters of rice mill and its effects on the quality of corn grist. The optimal pretreatment of corn was performed to obtain the best grist rate, weight per kW.h, and homogeneity of particle size for meeting the processing need of corn grist in rice mill of countryside. The results showed that the basic parameters affecting the processing by equipment were rotational speed, weight of flying-wheel and distance between knife and rotor. The optimal basic parameters were as follows: 1296 rpm of rotational speed, 5 kg of flying-wheel weight, 5 mm distance between knife and rotor. It was found that the basic parameters affecting the processing of waxy corn were initial water content of corn, additional water suppling rate, water temperature and water regulation time. The optimal values recorded were as follows: 12% water content of dry corn, 4% of addtional water, 40℃ of water temperature and 3 rain of waterkeeping time.
