“普改密”烤房不同装烟密度的烘烤效果

为了更好地推广应用＂普改密＂烤房,进行了其适宜的装烟密度试验。结果表明：＂普改密＂烤房的装烟密度为每层40竿,即竿距为13.0 cm左右时,有利于降低烟叶烘烤成本,改善烟叶的外观质量,提高上中等烟的比例,降低杂色烟比例,其化学成分比较协调。降低或增大装烟密度,对烟叶烘烤的能耗及烘烤质量均有不同程度的影响。

Flue-curing Effects of Different Loading Density of Bulk Curing Barn Refited by Ordinary Curing Barn

In order to popularize the use of bulk curing barn refited by ordinary curing barn,the suitable loading density was explored.The results showed that the curing cost could be reduced,the appearance quality of tobacco leaves could be improved,the proportion of first and medium class of flue-cured tobacco could be increased,the mixed color tobacco could be reduced,and the chemical constituents were harmonious,when the loading density was 40 poles on each floor,and the distance was 13.0 cm.The energy consumption of flue-curing and the curing quality would be influenced by reducing or increasing the loading density.
