阿魏酸甘油酯的合成及其纯化的研究进展

摘    要:阿魏酸甘油酯是具有良好水溶性的阿魏酸衍生物,具有紫外吸收、抗氧化等多种功能。为了扩大阿魏酸的用途,增加其水溶性,引入亲水甘油是一个很好的思路。阿魏酸甘油酯不仅没有丢失阿魏酸的功能特性,还提高了其水溶性,拓宽其应用领域,提高应用效果。综述了阿魏酸甘油酯的化学法合成、酶法合成以及其分离纯化的研究进展,并对阿魏酸甘油酯今后的合成及其纯化作出了展望。

Abstract:Feruloyl Glycerol is a ferulic acid derivative with good water-soluble,and it has many functions,for example, ultraviolet(UV) light absorbing and antioxidant.In order to expand the uses of feruhc acid,to increase the water-soluble, the introduction of hydrophilic glycerol is a good idea.Feruloyl Glycerol is not only loss of features of feruhc acid also improves its water-soluble,and broaden its applications,improve application effects.The research of progress of chemical synthesis, enzymatic synthesis and its separation and purification of ferulyl glycerol is reviewed,and also looks into the future the synthesis and purification of ferulyl glycero.
