小麦淀粉全糖粉的生产技术问题及应用领域

摘    要:由于受到蔗糖价格的逐步攀升和玉米深加工规模总体控制政策的影响,一些淀粉糖生产企业正尝试利用小麦淀粉为原料生产淀粉糖,以满足市场需求。我国是小麦生产大国,资源丰富,开展小麦淀粉糖制品研究有利于拓展小麦精深加工渠道,丰富市场供应。就小麦淀粉全糖粉的生产技术、问题进行了综述,以期对淀粉糖生产企业提供参考。

Abstract:With the price of sucrose gradually rising and the effect of policies on corn deep processing scale overall controlled, some of companies which product the starch sugar are to try using wheat starch as raw material to produce starch sugar to meet market demand.China is one of the major countries to plan wheat,rich in resources,to carry out the wheat starch sugar products in favor of expanding wheat intensive processing channels,abundant market supply.The techniques,problems and applications of wheat starch sugar production are reviewed in this paper,which will be order to provide a reference to the starch sugar production enterprises.
