摘    要:在单因素试验的基础上,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合设计,采用响应面法对金银花水溶性多糖的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,金银花水溶性多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:配制89 mL料液比为1:32的金银花溶液,采用微波功率285 W处理33 s后,所得金银花水溶性多糖提取率为2.54%,与理论值2.60%基本相符。响应面模型与实际情况拟合良好,能较好地预测金银花中水溶性多糖的提取得率。

Abstract:Based on the single-factor experiments,a four-factor-three-level experiment design is developed by Box-Behnken central composite design method,and the extraction process of water-soluble polysaccharide from honeysuckle is optimized by using response surface methodology.The result shows that optimal process condition is being treated for 33 s by microwaves of 285 W after compounding of 89 mL with material to liquid ratio 1:32.Water-soluble polysaccharide extraction reaches up to 2.54%,which is close to the estimated value 2.60%attained from regression model.This model can be used to predict the experiment results well.
