仔猪轮状病毒性腹泻的研究进展

仔猪轮状病毒性腹泻是由猪轮状病毒引起的急性肠道传染病,是危害养猪业的主要疾病之一。猪轮状病毒是一种条件性病原,一般情况下呈隐性感染,当环境因素发生变化、免疫力下降时可暴发。目前尚无有效治疗药物,预防该病的有效方法是加强饲养管理和有效疫苗接种。研制新一代高效、廉价疫苗是重要的研究方向。掌握仔猪轮状病毒性腹泻的动态变化和影响因素,可为其诊断以及疫苗的研制提供科学依据,并为该病发展趋势的科学预测提供数据和信息支持。文章综述了引起仔猪腹泻的猪轮状病毒的分群和分型、培养特性、流行病学、预防治疗及疫苗研制的现状。

Progress on Piglet Diarrhea Caused by Porcine rotavirus

Diarrhoea in piglets caused by Porcine rotavirus(PRV) is an acute intestinal infectious disease and endangered swine breeding.PRV is a conditioned pathogen and shows latent infection commonly.The disease breaks out when immunity comes down and the surroundings changed.There are no available therapy drugs to treat it.The breeding management and vaccination are the efficiency methods to prevent it.A safe and effective rotavirus vaccine is urgently needed particularly in developing countries in the future.Mastering its dynamic movement and affecting factors can provide data and information for PRV diagnosis,epidemiological investigation and vaccine research in order to forecast the developing trend scientificly for PRV.In this paper,the new aspect on the progress of PRV and piglet diarrhea,particularly with regard to pathogen,group and type of pathogen,cultivate characteristics,epidemiology,prevention and cure,vaccine development were reviewed.
