基于AD7746的茶叶水分快速检测系统的设计与研究

摘    要:茶叶含水率检测是茶叶加工、储存中的重要环节,关系到茶叶的制作工艺及其品质的保持。本研究设计了一种基于AD7746电容数字转换器的水分快速检测装置,同时给出了减少电路寄生电容的方法,并对10份不同含水率的茶叶样品进行检测,所测样品电容值与含水率之间的线性拟合度为0.986 2,证明通过检测不同含水率茶叶电容的方法可以实现对茶叶含水率的快速检测,且该装置结构简单,操作方便,检测时间短,准确率高。

Design and Research of Rapid Detection System of Moisture Content in Tea Based on AD7746
Abstract:The detection of tea moisture content is very important for processing and preservation of tea, which is correlated to the production technology and quality of tea. In this study, a device for rapidly measuring moisture content of tea was designed based on AD7746 capacitance-to -digital converter, and a method was proposed for reducing the parasitic capacitance of the circuit. Ten tea samples with different moisture content were detected, we found the linear relationship between capacitance value and moisture content of the sample was good(R2= 0.986 2), which suggested that the detection of tea moisture content could be achieved by measuring capacitance change of tea samples. And the device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, and high accuracy.
