榛子种实SOD同工酶酶谱及变异

摘    要:对来自不同地点,不同生态型的12个榛子种子样品和1个毛榛子对照样品进行了超氧歧化酶同工酶酶谱比较分析。结果发现,在形态特征相近而生于不同地点的榛子个体间SOD同工酶酶谱相同,且较稳定,而在同种不同生态型间,不同种间即使唤生于同地点同生境SOD同工酶酶谱差异亦较显著。

Abstract:seeds of Corylus heterophylla Fisch.and one seed of C.mandshurica Maxim.et Rupr.from different locations and ecotype were carried on analysis of superoxide dismutase (SOD) zymogram.The same SOD zymogram emerged in different individuals of same phenotype,whether all of the individuals from same location or not,but differed in number of zones and Rf valve between two phenotypes,especially occurred in these two species.
