番鸭羽速类型与肉用性能的相关性

在相同的饲养管理条件下 ,对白番鸭羽毛生长速度与肉用性能的相关性进行观测 .结果表明 :(1)快、慢羽公、母番鸭 10周龄体重分别为 3379.69、315 5 .72 g和 2 10 7.65、2 0 89.5 7g(p>0 .0 5 ) ;料、肉比分别为 2 .83、2 .74和 3.0 9、2 .94 ,快羽番鸭饲料转化率略高于慢羽番鸭 .(2 )快、慢羽公、母番鸭 10周龄成活率分别为 97.4 3%、97.5 0 %和 97.14%、10 0 % ,两者差异不显著 (p>0 .0 5 ) .(3)快、慢羽公鸭各产肉性状 (除腿肌重 )间差异均不显著 (p>0 .0 5 ) ;快羽母鸭屠体重、全净膛重和屠宰率均显著大于慢羽母鸭 ,但慢羽母鸭胸肌率 (19% )则显著大于快羽母鸭 (16% ) ,其余各产肉性状不同羽速间差异不显著 (p>0 .0 5 ) .(4 )快慢羽番鸭胸肌纤维直径分别为2 0 .61和 2 3.91μm,腿肌纤维直径分别为 36.35和 33.87μm,两者间差异显著 (p <0 .0 5 )

Correlation between feathering genotype and slaughter performances of the muscovy duck

The feeding experiment was conducted to study the correlation between the growth rate of feathering type and slaughter performances of the muscovy ducks under the same feeding system. The results were as follows: (1)At the age of 10 weeks, the average body weight of fast and slow feathering male and female ducks were 3379.7, 3155.7 g ( p >0.05) and 2107.7, 2089.6 g ( p >0.05), respectively, the ratios of feed to meat of male and female ducks were 2.83, 2.74 and 3.09, 2.94, respectively, and the feed conversion efficiency of the fast feathering ducks was slightly higher than that of the slow feathering ducks. (2) The livabilities of fast and slow feathering of male and female ducks were 97.43%, 97.50% and 97.14%, 100%, respectively, and no significant difference was found among them.(3) There were no significant differences of the slaughter characters between fast and slow feathering male ducks ( p >0.05), except leg muscle yield; the slaughtering weight, the drawn poultry ratio and dressing percentage of the fast feathering female ducks were significant higher than that of the slow feathering female ducks ( p <0.05), but the percentage(19%) of the breast muscle yield of the slow feathering ducks was higher than that (16%) of the fast feathering ducks ( p <0.05), and other slaughter characters of the females were not significantly different between fast and slow feathering ducks ( p >0.05).(4) The diameters of the breast muscle fiber of the fast and slow feathering ducks were 20.61 and 23.91 μm, and those of the leg muscle fiber were 36.35 and 33.87 μm, respectively, and there were significant differences between fast and slow feathering ducks ( p <0.05).
