摘    要:农业科技园区只有营造良好的发展环境,才能更好地发挥其科技优势,从而增强其示范带动作用。文章以江西省为例,主要从农业科技园区的发展环境、环境建设存在的问题着手研究,并对农业科技园区环境创新提出完善相关法规制度、拓宽融资渠道、建立健全相关配套环境体系等对策建议,以期为政府和相关部门对农业科技园区的宏观指导、分类管理及政策扶持等提供参考。

Abstract:Only to create a favorable environment for the development of Agricultural Science and Technology Park can make better use of scientific and technological advantages, so as to enhance the role of its model-driven. Taking Jiangxi Province for an example, studies were carried out from the environmental analysis of Agricultural Science and Technology Park and problems in the construction of environment. Countermeasures for environmental innovation of Agricultural Science and Technology Park were put forward to provide valuable references for the government and relevant departments on Agricultural Science and Technology Park of macroscopic guidance, management and policy support, which included perfecting related regulations, broadening financial invest channel, constructing a set of perfect environmental system, etc.
