摘    要:为探明烟夜蛾的滞育机制,测定了烟夜蛾滞育蛹和非滞育蛹日失重、含水量及呼吸速率的变化。结果表明,滞育蛹鲜质量、含水量均显著低于非滞育蛹;滞育蛹日失重变化比较平缓,没有明显的失重高峰,其平均值为3.19mg/头,而非滞育蛹的体质量变化较大,4日龄时达高峰,日失重高达13.67mg/头;滞育蛹和非滞育蛹的CO2呼出量无显著差异,但滞育蛹的呼吸速率相对平稳,非滞育蛹的呼吸速率变化较大,呈上下波动的曲线。这可能与滞育蛹滞育期间较弱的生理代谢水平和较高的抗寒性有关。

Abstract:In order to explore diapause mechanism of oriental tobacco budworm,Helicoverpa assulta,the study was conducted on the changes of daily weight loss,water content and respiratory intensity of diapause and non-diapause pupae.The results showed that the weight and the water content of diapause pupae were lower than those of non-diapause pupae significantly.The daily weight loss of diapause pupae changed mildly without the peak of weight loss,and the average value was about 3.19 mg per pupa,but the daily weight loss of non-diapause pupae changed quickly with the high peak in 4-day-old pupae,with the average value up to 13.67 mg per pupa.There was no significant difference of CO2 exhalation amount between diapause and non-diapause pupae.The change of diapause pupal respiratory rate was relatively small,the curve of which was nearly a beeline,however,that of non-diapause pupae was relatively big,which presented an up and down fluctuating curve.It was deduced that diapause pupae enhanced the cold resistance by change of postures and respiratory intensity.
