外源IAA对杂交稻生育后期叶片生理特性的影响

摘    要:以亚种间超级杂交稻组合两优培九为材料,研究了外源生长素(IAA)对亚种间杂交稻生育后期剑叶中叶绿素含量、SOD活性以及MDA含量的影响。结果表明:外源IAA分别使齐穗后第10天和第20天的剑叶叶绿素含量提高25.1%和21.6%,SOD活性提高28.6%和23.2%,MDA含量分别降低42.63%和39.89%。外源IAA通过促进叶片SOD活性和降低MDA含量,从而维持细胞膜的完整性,延缓了叶片的衰老进程。

Abstract:Using indica-japonica hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu as materials,the effects of exogenous IAA on chlorophyll content,SOD activity and MDA content in flag leaf after heading were studied in this experiment.The results showed that application of IAA increased the chlorophyll content by 25.1% and 21.6%,increased the SOD activity by 28.6% and 23.2%,and reduced the MDA content by 42.63% and 39.89%,respectively,in the flag leaf on the 10th day and the 20th day at the heading stage.Exogenous IAA could maintain the stability of cell membrane and keep the retardation of senescence by enhancing the SOD activity and reducing the MDA content in leaves.
