| Abstract: | In this article,the relations between subject librarians and construction of key disciplines in colleges and universities were described and the role of subject librarians in the service of providing information and literature and the methods were introduced.The requirements of qualifications on subject librarians in the construction of key disciplines in colleges and universities were proposed. |
