| 摘 要： | 结合国内食品安全现状和品牌企业迫切需要解决的销售门店信息管理薄弱问题,提出一种基于网络电子秤的可溯源畜肉销售信息管理系统。通过该系统企业管理层可以及时(实时)了解各销售门店的运营状况,掌握各专卖门店(销售终端)的库存状况,同时,充分利用畜肉追溯码技术,实现产品流通环节的质量监管。系统在某省会城市知名畜肉销售企业得到了很好的应用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,combining with the domestic food safety situation and brand enterprise urgent need to address the sales store information management problem,a traceable pork sales information management system was proposed,which based on electronic scales.Through this system,enterprise management faculty can in time（real-time） understand each sales of store operations,master the inventory status of the monopoly store（sale terminal）,and at the same time,make full use of livestock meat back yards technology to realize products of circulation quality supervision. |
