农村信息化与资源配置水平的测评及回归分析

从农村信息化基础设施、网络覆盖面、信息化人才、投入产出规模、外部环境五个方面构建了农村信息化水平的评价指标体系,从农村经济资源、生产配套资源、生活配套资源、劳动力资源和金融资源五个方面构建了农村资源配置水平的评价指标体系,并采用我国1997-2009年的统计资料,分别对我国农村信息化和资源配置水平进行了测评,阐述了其变化趋势。通过建立农村资源配置水平与农村信息化因子的回归模型,分析了农村信息化各因子对农村资源配置各方面的作用方向及影响程度,进而揭示了农村信息化与农村资源配置的内在关系,并在此基础上提出了相关的对策与建议。

Rural Information and Resource Allocation Evaluation and Regression Analysis

This paper had built rural information evaluation index system from five factors and rural resource allocation evaluation index system from another five factors,and used statistical data of 1997-2009 to evaluate them and describe the change trend.Then we set up regression model about rural information and rural resource allocation,analyzed the effect of the rural information factors resources on rural resource allocation.In the last,we revealed the internal relationship between the rural information and allocation of rural resource and gave our recommendations.
