| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市管理体制改革步伐的不断加快,我国大中城市的商品住宅正在向小区化方向迅猛发展,随之而来的社区文化建设日益引起人们的关注和重视。社区图书馆作为公共图书馆的子系统,是现代社会城市发展的必然产物。它在完善社区文化服务功能,加快社区精神文明建设,陶冶社区居民情操等方面发挥着十分重要的作用。
