区域耕地面积变化与粮食安全机制研究——以仙桃市为例

粮食安全与耕地面积变化有着密切关系。以江汉平原的仙桃市为例，通过建立耕地变化驱动力模型，并对武汉都市圈“8＋1”城市粮食安全系数进行评价，探讨了区域耕地面积变化与粮食安全机制。结果表明：城市化水平、粮食单产、社会消费品零销总额、第三产业产值、全社会固定资产投资总额、农业机械总动力、工业化水平是耕地面积变化的主要动因；粮食安全系数从1995年的0．81减少2007年的0．65。其中2000、2003、2007年粮食安全系数低于0．7，总体存在下滑趋势，但各年都处在安全级以上的水平；耕地面积变化与粮食安全系数呈现正相关关系，表现为耕地面积减少1个单位，粮食安全系数降低0．001单位。依据研究结果，从宏观和微观层次上提出了保障粮食安全和保护耕地数量相关政策建议。

Study on the Mechanism of Regional Cultivated Land Change and Food Safety
