摘    要:为了探讨在冬季自然条件下毛竹叶片的气体交换特征,运用LI-6400光合作用测定仪测定了冬季毛竹叶片气体交换的日变化。结果表明:在冬季低温的自然条件下,毛竹叶片仍然具有一定的光合能力,表现出明显的日变化规律,净光合速率日变化呈"单峰"曲线,未出现光合"午休"现象,13:00左右出现高峰,峰值为1.973μmol.m-2.s-1,平均净光合速率较低,蒸腾速率和水分利用率的变化也呈"单峰"型。

Abstract:In order to investigate the characteristics of gas exchange in temporal scale,we measured the diurnal variations of photosynthesis of Phyllostachys edulis in winter with the Portable LI-6400 photosynthesis system.The results were summarized as follows: in winter,the leaves of P.edulis still have ability of photosynthesis,and it appears an obvious regulation.The diurnal curve of Pn has one peak,and there is no midday depression.the highest value appears(Pnmax=1.973 μmol·m-2·s-1) at 13:00 but the average value of Pn in a day is low.The transpiration rate and water use efficiency have one peak respectively.Under the condition of low temperature,this behavior provides necessary nutrient substances for the plant overwintering.
