超高产冬小麦根系生长动态与解剖学结构初步观察

摘    要:采用根池与大田试验相结合的方法,研究了温麦6号的根系生长动态变化和内部解剖结构。结果表明;超高产小麦初生根在播后第7d开始一级分支,26开始二级分支,三级分支根的发生在播种后80天左右,次生根的发生与初生根的二级分支形成同时进行,而次生根一级分支与初生根的三级分支同时发生。越冬期间,次生根的二级分支相继形成,拔节以后,次生根的三级分支只在少数分支根上发生。

Abstract:Study was carried out on the growth rhythm and the inner structure of wheat Wenmai 6 in the field combined with the soil column culture. The results showed that primary roots of the supper-high-yielding wheat began to form branches of the first order and the second order at 7th and 26th day after sowing, respectively. About 80 days after sowing, branches of- the third order of Primary roots appeared. Adventitious roots formed together with apparance of the second order of primary roots, and its first order branches were accompanied by the third or der of primary root, The second order of adventitious roots formed in succession during winter and only a few branches of the third order occured after jointing. Great difference existed in anatomical structure at different positions of primary roots, which did not have complete struc ture near the tillering node with dropping of outside tissue of the middle pillar sheath thickoncd wall and small holo of vessel and siove tude. The endodrmis cell wall of adventitious roots thick ened in large scale and started early with" a clear caspary's band, which increased the abilities of absor ption and transport of water and nutrient substance.
