韩国新村运动突出国民精神培养对我国新农村建设的启示

The New Village Movement of South Korea worked on building the spirit of assiduity,self- service and coordination.The practice of the national spirit development finished the new village con- struction in South Korea and provided precious practical experience and important reference for build- ing a new socialist countryside.In China's new rural construction,in addition to the party and the country's major policies,the biggest driving force is also motivating the farmers and respecting their initiative spirit.Therefore,the new rural construction should focus on developing the spirit of the farmers,regard farmers as the main part,and give judicious guidance according to circumstances.
