新疆油田三台地区钻井技术研究

摘    要:新疆油田三台地区地质情况复杂,含多套地层压力系统,钻井液密度控制困难;井壁稳定性差且存在多套漏失地层;在钻井施工中出现多次井壁坍塌和井漏;二叠系平地泉组推覆体地层倾角大,井斜控制难度大,机械钻速慢。针对三台地区具体地层特点,结合目前现场常用的技术,通过采用井身结构优化技术、钻井液技术、防漏堵漏技术、推覆体地层防斜打快技术、钻头选型技术等技术措施,有效的减少了复杂情况的发生,提高了该地区的机械钻速。
