摘    要:[目的]为桔梗的种质资源研究和新品种选育提供试验依据。[方法]将50份不同来源的桔梗种质资源分别种植在沙壤土和黑粘土上,比较不同土壤条件下株高等8个主要农艺性状的种质资源间的差异,并对同一性状在2种土壤条件下的表现及8个性状之间进行相关分析。[结果]8个主要农艺性状在供试的50份桔梗种质资源间差异很大且趋于连续分布;每一农艺性状在两种土壤条件下的表现都有极显著的相关性;单根重与根粗、株高以及茎粗间的相关程度较高,其相关系数依次为0.827、0.769、0.719。[结论]该研究结果在桔梗的遗传研究和育种实践中有一定的参考价值。

Comparative Trial on the Germplasm Resources of Platicodon grandiflorum in Different Soils

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to supply data for the study on germplasm resources and new variety breeding of P.grandiflorum.[Method] By planting 50 shares of P.grandiflorum in sandy loam soil and black clay soils respectively,8 major agronomical characters were compared and the correlation and path analysis was also carried out.[Result] There was great difference of 8 major agronomical characters in 50 shares of P.grandiflorum and they had a trend to continuous distribution.Every character had significant correlation in two types of soils,there was higher correlation between single root weight with root width,plant height and stem width,and correlation coefficients were in order of 0.827,0.769 and 0.719.[Conclusion] The findings of this study had some reference value for genetics and breeding practice of P.grandiflorum.
