“氧汤”激发大麦种子萌发的研究

摘    要:大麦籽粒,特别是产自高寒阴湿区的大麦品种籽粒发芽困难。这一问题主要中由大麦种子休眠期长引起。种子休眠期未被打破,在常规发芽条件下,成批的大麦品种发芽率"不合格"而被排斥在省种质库外得不到妥善保存。为了寻找能够快速扭破休眠期、真实反映种子活力的发芽方法,我们进行了反复试验,发现研究配制的"氧汤"催芽液对大麦种子具有显著的激活发芽功能,可使大麦种子的发芽势、发芽率大幅度提高,为及时检测大麦品种的发芽率提供了有效技术。对大麦工业制芽工艺改进亦有重要实用价值。

Abstract:In the course of systematizing and being put in storage the crop variety,examining the seeds germination percentage must be done. Lower germination percentage of barley seeds (especially the barley seeds coming from high cold-humid area) was discovered in the course of work. The reason is that barley seeds have characteristic of long dormant period. It was because the dormant period of seeds wasn't broken that a lot of barley varieties couldn't be put in storage under the condition of traditional accelerating but. A lot of experiments have been done in order to discover the germination methods of breaking seeds dormancy rapidly and reflecting seeds vitality exactly. It was discovered that the compound acceleration bud liquid of Yangtang" had the marked function of arousing activation and accelerating bud. It could also increase the germination power and percentage of barley seeds- This method not only provides the effective technique to lest the germination percentage of barley varieties exactly and rapidly but and also have the important practical value to improve the industrial producing but technology of barley.
