枣花内源激素和可溶性糖含量的变化与坐果的关系

摘    要:选择自然坐果率不同的两类典型品种板枣和壶瓶枣,对其花器中内源激素GA3、IAA、CTK和ABA以及可溶性糖含量进行了分析。结果表明:单花开放的最后阶段柱萎期为坐果的临界期,此期的IAA与ABA含量是影响坐果的主导因子,花期子房中可溶性糖含量高可以减轻生理落果,但与坐果关系不明显。花期喷施外源GA3不但可以提高坐果率,而且能够加强花朵子房作为生理库的作用,使子房吸收更多的碳水化合物,以减轻生理落果。

Abstract:Two typical varieties, Banzao and Hupingzao, which represent high and low natural setting percentage group respectively, were selected to determine contents of endogenous GA3, IAA, CTK, ABA and soluble sugar in flower. The results showed that the last stage of blooming ( stigma withered stage) was the critical period of fruit setting. In this period the contents of IAA and ABA were the main factors that affected fruit setting. High content of soluble sugar in ovary could decrease physiological fruit drop, but it had no significant correlation with setting fruit. Spraying exogenous GA3 not only increased setting percentage, but also enhanced function of ovary and flower as physiological sink. It made the ovary absorb more carbohydrate and lightened physiological fruit drop.
