| 摘 要： | 用滇杨成年优树的枝条作为繁殖材料进行初繁试验,结果表明：长度为20 cm和直径为1.9~2.8 cm的穗条成活率较高 树冠下部枝条扦插成活率高于树冠上部。对滇杨枝条梢部和基部进行水培生根对比,生根情况没有明显差异。 |

| Abstract: | A preliminary cuttage propagation experiment was conducted for Populus yunnanensis with hardwood cuttings taken from the adult plus trees. The results indicated that the higher survival rate was obtained from cuttings 20 cm long and 1.9 - 2.8 cm in diameter, and when the cuttings were taken from the lower position of the tree crowns. The aquaculture experiment showed that there was no significant difference in rooting ability among the cut- tings taken from the basal or apical portion of the same branches for this tree species. |
