摘    要:[目的]为降低烤烟中、上部烟叶烟碱含量提供依据。[方法]烟株打顶当天进行32号(0.22%NAA+增效剂)、36号(0.22%NAA)开片降碱灵药签和不插签对照处理,研究开片降碱灵对烤烟烟碱含量的影响。[结果]烤烟成熟时32、36号药签的烟株烟碱积累量分别比对照少0.17、0.11g,打顶后15d茎秆烟碱含量分别比对照低0.12、0.08个百分点,上部烟叶烟碱含量比对照低0.90、0.64个百分点,中部烟叶烟碱含量比对照低0.61、0.55个百分点,烟株根系烟碱含量高于对照。药签处理降低了各个时期特别是成熟期烟碱在烟叶和茎秆中的分配比例,提高了根系中的分配比例。[结论]烤烟打顶后进行药签处理降低了中、上部烟叶的烟碱含量,同时降低了烟碱在烟叶中的分配率,0.22%NAA药签处理的效果优于0.22%NAA+增效剂的处理。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to supply basis for reducing nicotine content in tobacco leaves on the middle part and top of flue-cured tobacco. [Method] On the topping day of tobacco plant, the treatment of No.32 (0.22 % NAA synergist) and No.36 (0.22 % NAA) treatments of inserting swabs with catholicon and CK without inserting swab were conducted to study the effect of catholicon on the nicotine content in flue-cured tobacco. [Result] When the flue-cured tobacco matured, the nicotine accumulations in tobacco plants of swabs No.32 and 36 were 0.17 and 0.11 g lower than that of CK, the nicotine contents in stems on the 15th day after topping were 0.12 % and 0.08 % lower, that in the tobacco leaves on top were 0.90 % and 0.64 % lower, that in the tobacco leaves on the middle part were 0.61 % and 0.55 % lower and that in root system of tobacco plant were higher than that of CK, resp. Swab treatment reduced distribution ratio of nicotine in tobacco leaves and stems in each period, especially autumn and enhanced distribution ratio in root system. [Conclusion] The swab treatment after topping reduced nicotine content in tobacco leaves on the middle part and top and distribution ratio of nicotine in tobacco leaves at the same time. The effect of swab treatment with 0.22 % NAA was superior to that of treatment with 0.22 % NAA synergist.
