人民币汇率与美国贸易逆差

近年来,美国曾就人民币汇率问题不断对我国施加压力,要求人民币升值。并试图通过国内法来解决人民币汇率问题。一国的货币是否被低估应由国际货币基金组织决定,美国的全球巨额贸易逆差主要是由美国人的高消费、低储蓄造成的。美国之所以这么做,其目的是想以人民币升值为借口迫使中国政府加速放开国内市场,转移其国内矛盾,并通过美元贬值来转嫁经济危机。中国应从实际出发,积极稳妥地推进人民币汇率制度改革,决不能贸然升值。
