摘    要:随着畜禽养殖规模的不断扩大,由畜禽粪污大量排放引起的环境污染问题日益严重,并引起了广泛关注。本研究在分析中国畜禽粪污排放量、各地区分布情况及主要污染物种类的基础上,归纳总结了中国畜禽粪污肥料化、饲料化及能源化综合利用的现状,并且指出目前存在的突出问题是政策法规不完善、种养业脱节、技术与装备落后、相关从业人员认识不足、政府及社会投入不足等。此外,针对这些问题还提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract:With the continuous expansion of the scale of livestock and poultry breeding, the environmental pollution caused by livestock manure is becoming increasingly serious, which has caused widely concern. Based on the analysis of livestock manure emission, regional distribution and species of the main pollutants, the utilization of livestock manure as fertilizer, feed and energy were summarized in this paper. Moreover, the outstanding problems so far were also summarized, which are imperfect policies and regulations, disjointed planting and breeding industry, backwards of technologies and equipment, lack of knowledge for the related practitioners and the government and society inputs. In addition, the appropriate countermeasures were proposed in this paper.
