巴拉圭茶多酚大孔吸附树脂分离工艺及总多酚、多酚流分的抑菌作用研究

摘    要:以静态吸附与解吸实验筛选树脂并研究巴拉圭茶多酚的大孔吸附树脂分离工艺及总多酚、多酚流分的抑菌作用。结果显示,HPD500是巴拉圭茶多酚良好的吸附剂,以水、φ=27%、φ=40%、φ=70%的乙醇为解吸剂的梯度洗脱,巴拉圭茶多酚被分离成为极性不同的3个流分。巴拉圭茶多酚具有较好的抑菌活性,其对沙门氏菌的抑菌活性强于茶多酚,不同极性的流分的抑菌作用弱于总多酚。

Abstract:In order to study separation of resin elution test,isolation procedure of Ilex paraguariensis polyphenols with macroporou resin and antibacterial activities of total and fractional polyphenols were studied.The results showed that HPD500 was optimal absorbent to isolate Ilex paraguariensis polyphenols.Three fractions with different polarity from IP polyphenols were obtained after gradient elution with aqueous alcohol.Ilex paraguariensis polyphenols showed considerable antibacterial effects and were more effective against solmonella paratyhpi than tea ployphenols.The antibacterial activity of the fractions were weaker than that of total ployphenols.
