摘    要: 玉米大斑病是玉米生产上的一种重要真菌病害,在世界主要玉米产区都曾造成过严重的经济损失。目前,有关该病原菌的生理分化、遗传变异及毒素产生等方面研究报道较多,而在玉米与大斑病菌互作的分子机理方面研究相对较少。

Abstract:Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation(ATMT) is a useful method in genetic transformation of a wide range from plant species,yeasts,fungi to human cells.In this paper,the Setosphaeria turcica had been successfully transformed by using the ATMT system with an efficiency at 40-60 transfor-mants per 105 spores.PCR and Southern blot analysis of the transformants showed that the T-DNA had been integrated into genome of the fungus by single copy at random sites.ATMT of S.turcica provides an opportunity for advancing studies of the molecular genetics of the fungus and the molecular mechanism of its pathogenicity to maize.
