摘    要:[目的]筛选控防治卫矛尺蠖的高效低毒农药,[方法]通过室内毒力测定及野外防治实验研究4种农药不同浓度对卫矛尺蠖的防治效果。[结果]10.5%苦参碱800、1000、1200倍液的防治效果分别达99.3%、100.0%和98.1%,森乐可湿性粉剂1200、1500、2000倍液的防治效果分别达99.0%、96.6%和98.4%,抑太保1500、2000倍液的防治效果也达90.0%和81.4%,这些农药采用喷雾的方法防治卫矛尺蠖幼虫,可以获得较为满意的防治效果。同时,这些药剂均为生物农药和高效低毒化学药剂,与环境的兼容性较好,不会对城市的空气、水、土壤等环境因子及居民健康带来较大的影响,可用于园林上尺蠖类幼虫的防治。[结论]该研究为尺蠖类幼虫的防治奠定了基础。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to screen the high effect and low toxicity pesticides for controlling Calospilos suspecta.[Method] The controlling effects of 4 kinds of pesticides with different concn.on C.suspecta were studied by the laboratory toxicity test and field control experiment.[Result] The controlling effect of 10.5% matrine diluted by 800、1 000、1 200 times were 99.3%,100.0% and 98.1%,resp.,that of Senle WP diluted by 1 200、1 500、2 000 times were 99.0%,96.6% and 98.4% resp.,and that of Yitaibao diluted by 1 500、2 000 times were 90.0% and 81.4%,resp.These pesticides had ideal controlling effect for controlling the C.suspecta larva by spraying.Meantime,these pesticides were all biological pesticides and high effect and low toxicity chemicals,and they had better compatibility with environment and could not bring larger effect on the environmental factors such as air,water and soil in the city and resident health,which could be used for controlling the C.suspecta larva from gardens.[Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for the control of C.suspecta larva.
