| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离东方铃蟾不同组织ＬＤＨ同工酶，显示出典型的５条带谱。心肌具有以Ｂ亚基为主的ＬＤＨ同工酶谱，骨骼肌以Ａ亚基为主的ＬＤＨ同工酶谱。用改进后的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法进行种群调查，结果表明Ａ位点和Ｂ位点都存在电泳上的变异，各存在二个等位基因。Ａ位点有三个基因型，其频率；ＡＡ＝５３．４７％．Ａａ＝３９．１１％．ａａ＝７．４３％；Ｂ位点只检出二个基因型，即ＢＢ为９９．５０％，Ｂｂ为０．５０％。

| Abstract: | Polycrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) is used to study LDH isoenzymes in oriental fire bellied toad's different tissues. It shows typical five bands. Ldh-b subunit predominates in heart muscle and Ldh-A subunit in skeletal muscle. Advanced PAGE method is used to investigate toad population. It shows both A and B locus are varied in electrophoresis. Each locus has two alleles. In A locus, three genotypes are found.The frequences are AA 55.47%, Aa 39.11 % and aa 7.43%. In B locus, only two genotypes are found. The frequences are BB 99.5%, Bb 0. 50%. |
