项目驱动法在《管理学原理》课程教学中的运用

项目驱动教学法是借助于项目的实施来完成一定的教学内容（任务）的一种教学方法。《管理学原理》课程内容抽象,对于缺少工作经验的学生而言,难以理解和掌握。作者尝试在案例教学的基础上,结合社会真实组织的经营现状,选择学生感兴趣的实例,模拟企业当前环境,开展项目驱动教学。本文根据在具体教学过程中的心得体会,提出在《管理学原理》课程中运用项目驱动教学法的构想。

On the Application of Project- driven Method in the Teaching of Principles of Management Course

Project-driven teaching method is one method with the implementation of projects to complete some course content（task）.The content of Principles of Management course is abstractive and is difficult to understand and master for lack of work experience students.On the basis of case teaching,combining the current status of social reality organizations,selecting the examples that students are interested in,simulating the current environment of business,the author tries to carry out the project-driven teaching method.According to the specific experiences in the process of teaching experience,proposes the project of using Project-driven teaching method in Principles of Management course.
