| 摘 要： | 用分离的鹅源新城疫病毒KM2007株尿囊液分别接种25日龄非免疫雏鹅和25日龄非免疫雏鸡各20只,对照组每只鸡肌肉注射生理盐水。结果试验组鹅和鸡分别出现典型的鹅新城疫病和鸡新城疫的临床症状和病理变化,对照组全部健活。从发病及死亡鹅和鸡的脑/脾中分离到病毒。试验结果表明,分离病毒KM2007株与鹅自然感染发病的病原一致。

| Abstract: | 25-day-old unimmunized chickens and gooses were inoculated with goose Newcastle disease virus KM2007 strain allantoic fluid. The birds unimmunized were intramuscular injected with physiological saline and as control. The results showed that the typical symptoms and pathological change appeared in the birds of the experimental groups, while all birds in control group survived. Newcastle disease virus was also isolated from the brain and spleen of the dead chickens and gooses. It is concluded that the isolated Newcastle disease virus KM2007 strain was in accord with natural infected cases. |
