提高大麦花粉植株再生频率的研究

摘    要:本文就如何提高大麦花粉植株再生频率进行了研究.结果表明:不同基因型的绿苗再生率存在较大差异,F_1 代明显高于其它世代,平均绿苗率为6.2%.最高达18.3%;用改良 C_(17)培养基作为诱导培养基能有效地提高绿苗率:在诱导培养基中用6%麦芽糖作为碳源有利于愈伤组织的诱导及绿苗的分化;在分化培养基中补加0.5mg/LZT 对绿苗的产生有着明显的促进作用.

Abstract:The experiments were carried out on the improvement of the frequencies of green pollen plants in barley anther culture The results showed:The differences of green plants rate existed among different genotypes,the green plant frequency of F_1materials was obviously higher than that of others,the average frequency of green plants was 6.2%,with the highest 18.3%. Modified C_(17) medium as in induction medium could effectively enhance frequency of green plants,Addition of 6% maltose as carbon source to induction medium was useful for induc- tion of callus and differentiation of green plants.Addition of 0.5mg/L ZT to regeneration medium had a good effect for the regeneration of green plants.
