| 摘 要： | 从我国出口农产品中的初级产品比重、农产品品质、出口产品稳定性三方面分析了外向农业目前存在的主要问题。在此基础上,从管理体系、生产体系、科技体系三方面,就未来我国外向农业系统建设基本战略内容进行了论述。同时揭示出必须下大决心,从全新角度完成我国外向农业系统建设任务。

| Abstract: | The ratio of raw products, the quality and the quantity stability of exported agricultural products in China were analysed at first in the paper. Three strategy contents, i. e. management system, production system, science and technology system of setting up export-oriented agricultural were then discussed. At the same time it was pointed out that China should make up her mind to set up export-oriented agricultural by means of a systematic approach. |
