| 摘 要： | 采用变态反应ＥＬＩＳＡ同时奶牛结核病进行检测，并以剖检和细菌进行验证。结果表明，变态反庆和ＥＬＩＳＡ奶牛结核的检出率分别为１．３％和０．３７％，变态反应阳性并不能包括ＥＬＩＳＡ阳性。变态反应与剖检及细菌学检查的符合率分别为１８．８％和７．２％，而ＥＬＩＳＡ与剖检及细菌学检查的符合率分别为６６．６％和５５．５％，ＥＬＩＳＡ检测具有较好的特异性。

| Abstract: | The bovine tubercalosis quarantine was done with the combination of the allergic reaction AT and ELISA The results was compare with the pathoanatomy and bacteriology It was showed that the positive rate of the AT and the ELISA was 1 3% and 0 37% respectively The AT positive is not inclusive of the ELISA positive The consponance rate with the AT and the pathoanatomy and bacteriology is 18 8% and 7 2%; Theconsonance rate with the ELISA and the others is 66 6% and 55 5% The specility of the ELISA is higher than the AT |
