基于模糊PID控制的通信机房温度调节节能系统

摘    要:针对通信机房温度控制消耗大量能源的弊端,利用冬季室外冷源,通过对水泵、室外风运转的智能控制,将室内热量由乙二醇液体循环系统传达到室外冷凝器;再由室外冷凝器将乙二醇液体的热量散发出去,达到降温的目的,保证机房在恒温、恒湿和洁净的条件下节约能源.由于系统存在很大程度的非线性、大滞后和不确定性,设计中结合模糊控制和PID算法的优点,采用模糊自适应PID控制技术,既保证了温度调节的快速性,又满足了系统的稳定性,并且系统稳态误差很小.MATLAB仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制算法能适应通信机房温度控制的要求,在响应速度、稳态精度及抗干扰能力等方面均优于传统PID控制,具有较好的鲁棒性.

Energy-saving System for Communication Room Temperature Adjustment Based on Fuzzy PID Control
Abstract:An energy-saving system was designed to solve the problem of energy consumption caused by temperature adjustment. The indoor heat controlled intelligently by pumps and outdoor wind was transmitted to the outdoor condenser by the circulatory system of glycol liquid,and then the heat was emitted outside using the cold source of the outdoor; therefore the energy in a communication room could be saved under constant temperature and humidity.
